This customer had several horizontal cracks in their basement wall, indicating significant foundation settlement. Our team came out to install our CarbonArmor wall straps to secure the foundation in place and prevent further settling. This solution can be installed along with our WaterGuard basement waterproofing solution to prevent basement moisture issues as well. 

Before Mid-State Basement Systems, this crawl space was dirty, damp, and prone to all kinds of pests. Our team encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace waterproofing barrier to make the space clean, bright, and ready to use for storage. 

The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.

To protect the space from moisture, they also sealed the ground with CleanSpace vapor barrier.
