This customer had several horizontal cracks in their basement wall, indicating significant foundation settlement. Our team came out to install our CarbonArmor wall straps to secure the foundation in place and prevent further settling. This solution can be installed along with our WaterGuard basement waterproofing solution to prevent basement moisture issues as well. 

Mid-State was contacted by a homeowner in Worthington, Ohio, about a crawl space with high humidity and moisture problems. We sent our Sales Inspector, Corey, to discuss the homeowner's concerns and provide a free inspection and estimate. After a thorough look in the crawl space, Corey recommended an encapsulation with our CleanSpace system and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity levels down. The homeowner agreed to the work and our crew came out to complete the installation, transforming his crawl space from musty and damp to clean and dry!

The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.
