These solutions work together to stabilize the foundation walls and ensure the basement stays dry year-round. Now, the homeowner enjoys a safe, secure, and moisture-free space.

As part of their basement waterproofing project, this home has the IceGuard Discharge Line system installed. This is  an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged.
