A homeowner called us up with concerns about their sinking foundation. The homeowner had supports installed previously with a different company that were no longer holding up.

We installed our SmartJacks in the homeowner's crawl space to permanently stabilize the foundation and provide much-needed lift to the floors in the home above.

This house in Sulphur Springs, OH was very old, and the stone walls were crumbling due to water damage and age. The homeowner wanted to fix this problem before it got worse, so they called Mid-State Basement Systems for help. We scheduled our certified inspector, John Tongol to go out to the home and provide a free estimate.

The homeowner agreed this was the best solution, so he signed the contract and we were ready to go. Our crew, led by foreman Byron Salinas, installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, a trench drain, and a SuperSump sump pump.

Here you can see how clean the walls look compared to before. CleanSpace also prevents any water, pests, mold, or other unwanted intrusions from entering the basement. The homeowner is overjoyed by the results and will no longer have to worry about water leaking into the basement.
