For this basement perimeter waterproofing job, we installed TrenchDrain basement entry surface drainage system at the bottom of the homeowner's basement stairs. This type of drainage system is common for garage entryways or walk out basement entryways that lead to the outside. To install TrenchDrain, our crew dug a trench at the foot of the stairs and installed a section of pipe that connects to the WaterGuard drainage system. This ensures that any water entering the TrenchDrain feeds into the sump pump system. 

This homeowner's basement had block walls with some significant water entry. Our crew came out to the scene to install our WaterGuard basement drainage system to protect against water seepage and properly drain it through the basement drainage system. The crew also installed BrightWall paneling to further seal out water and direct it into the WaterGuard drainage system. BrightWall can easily be installed around existing fixtures and water lines as pictured in the Before and After.

A homeowner in Thornville, Ohio, had a leaky old foundation wall that needed to be sealed up to protect the basement from moisture and mold growth.
