After noticing some water leakage through a crack in their basement wall, this homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems for a solution. Our team installed the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump.

This basement had a complete waterproofing overhaul complete with a full perimeter WaterGuard installation and TripleSafe Sump pump.

We installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system, TripleSafe Sump Pump and PowerBraces to stabilize the bowing wall in this basement.

As part of their basement waterproofing project, this home has the IceGuard Discharge Line system installed. This is  an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged.
