Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Lisa J. bought a home in Glouster, Ohio as-is because the previous owner had passed away. She called Mid-State Basement Systems because the basement walls were cracking and bowing, and she was also concerned about water intrusion through the walls.

One of our certified inspectors visited the home to do a thorough investigation and provide a free quote for a permanent repair.

Our crew, led by foreman Byron Salinas, installed several products and performed a dig and push on one wall to repair all of the issues in this home: WaterGuard, SuperSump, and PowerBraces beams. The homeowner no longer has to worry about the structural integrity of her new home or water leaking in the basement, so she can start on other projects such as making it feel like home.

As part of their basement waterproofing project, this home has the IceGuard Discharge Line system installed. This is  an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged.

This homeowner's sump pump was failing, and they wanted to replace it with a system that they could rely on.  We installed our UltraSump system to a SuperSump to ensure it continues to work. The UltraSump battery-powered pump to the SuperSump system is added so the drainage system can operate when the power goes out. The battery backup system will recharge automatically

This Worthington, OH basement was cracking and starting to bow. They were also experiencing water in the basement and wanted everything taken care of at once. The Mid-State Basements Team installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system, a french drain at the entrance, and PowerBraces to support the foundation.
