Helical Piers Installation in Hilliard, OH

A homeowner in Hilliard, Ohio, contacted Mid-State Basement Systems with concerns about her living room floors sagging. We sent our Sales Inspector, Francis, to the home to meet with the homeowner and discuss their concerns. Francis also provided a free inspection of the interior and exterior of the home. 

He found several signs of foundation settlement that he addressed with the homeowner. He recommended 5 helical piers on the exterior of the home to stabilize and correct the sinking foundation. The crew installed the piers and was able to get significant lift with minimal disturbance to the lawn and landscaping.
