This crawl space was musty and damp, leading to some structural issues with the joists and support beams. Our crew installed several SmartJacks to stabilize the foundation and encapsulated it with our CleanSpace system to seal out moisture and prevent further damage to the foundation. 

We found a crawl space in Logan, Ohio that was constantly under water. The two sump pumps were running non-stop to keep groundwater from pooling up underneath the home. We sent our crew out to encapsulate the crawl space and prevent all this moisture from creating big problems for the home. We also extended the downspouts of the home to guide groundwater away from the foundation and crawl space. 

This tiny crawl space was dirty, damp, and full of old and moldy insulation. Our team came to the rescue to safely remove the insulation and install our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. We also installed our TripleSafe sump pump system to collect any water from beneath the liner and properly pump it out of the crawl space.
