Framing the Basement Walls
The crew frames the perimeter of the basement, providing structural support to the EverLast wall panels while leaving space to prevent moisture from being trapped behind the walls.
Framing out the Basement Walls
The homeowner opted to leave part of the basement unfinished to use as storage. The crew framed around this space to prepare for the wall and flooring installation.
Maximizing Space in a Finished Basement
The crew painted the ceiling with black paint to hide ducts, joists, and wires and preserve as much overhead space as possible. They also relocated the sump pump and enclosed it in a corner closet.
Wall Panels and Trim
The crew installs our waterproof EverLast wall panels. They also installed a cabinet door to cover the electrical panel.
Total Basement Finishing Flooring
We installed our TBF ThermalDry Elite plank flooring. It looks like real wood, but is completely waterproof and resistant to mold and water damage.
