Bowing & Leaning Foundation Walls
The block foundation wall had begun to bow at the top, right beneath the windows. This created a long horizontal crack in the wall that was seeping groundwater.
PowerBrace Installation & Waterproofing
The PowerBrace beams are connected to the floor joists via brackets to stabilize the foundation wall and potentially correct it over time. The system integrates seamlessly with our WaterGuard basement waterproofing product, which is near-invisible once the floor is re-concreted over top of the drainage system.
TrenchDrain Installation
To waterproof the walk-out entrance, the crew installed a trench drain to collect any rainwater, snow melt, and other moisture and properly drain it via the sump pump system.
