Homeowners in Granville, OH called because one of their basement walls was horizontally cracked and bending inward (or bowing). We sent out one of our certified inspectors, Corey Froelich, to look at the wall, take measurements, and provide a free quote for repair. The homeowners agreed, so our crew, led by foreman Camden Hammond, installed PowerBrace i-beams to prevent further inward movement. These galvanized steel beams can also be tightened over time to push the wall back into its original position.
This customer called Mid-State Basement systems with concerns for their basement. Water was coming in and the wall was starting to crack. Our crews used CarbonArmor straps to secure the walls and the WaterGuard perimeter drain system to complete this project.
Foreman Miguel Martinez and his crew installed nine PowerBrace System i-beams to stabilize these foundation walls. The PowerBrace system is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and can help straighten them over time.
The EverBrace Wall Restoration System will stabilize even the most severe cases of foundation wall failure. If walls have buckled, bowed, or cracked over time due to hydrostatic pressure, EverBrace will permanently stabilize and restore the structure. This is done by transferring the load from the failing foundation walls to the new steel system.
This community swimming pool needed support for it's water slide which had been built on soft soil. Our team installed hellical piers around four concrete foundation blocks to help stabilize and support the water slide.
