The walls were starting to show some sever cracking and separating, these carbon straps will support the walls and we also sealed off the existing cracks. 

Our crews reinforced this bowing basement wall with the PowerBrace Wall Repair System. The PowerBrace consists of steel I-beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets. This system is easily adjustable, allowing for tightening of the brace to attempt to raise the wall back to its original position.

A homeowner in the Clintonville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, had a cold, damp cellar that needed proper insulation. We sent our production crew out to install our SilverGlo rigid foam insulation panels on the walls. They were even able to cover the awkward "step" in the foundation as well. With the cellar walls sealed from the cold air, the cellar temperature will be much more regulated, improving the energy efficiency of the rest of the house as well!

This customer had several horizontal cracks in their basement wall, indicating significant foundation settlement. Our team came out to install our CarbonArmor wall straps to secure the foundation in place and prevent further settling. This solution can be installed along with our WaterGuard basement waterproofing solution to prevent basement moisture issues as well. 

This customer's historic home in German Village had sagging floors that were immediately lifted by our SmartJack XT system. Our crew was able to install 3 SmartJack XT posts in the basement to support the existing metal support beams and provide immediate and permanent lift and stabilization to the home.
